Barbecue Flatbread

Serves: 10 | Difficulty Level: Easy/Medium | Time: 40 minutes, if you make the dough 3 hours

Shopping List:

Baked beans, Barbecue sauce, Canned jackfruit, White Onion, Garlic seasoning, Sliced Vegan Gouda (Optional)

Pizza Dough-either store bought or you can make your own with my recipe!  If you are making it you need:

Flour, Olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, yeast, sugar, salt

Ingredients/Measurements:

1 12 ounce can of baked beans

1 ? cup of barbecue sauce

1 cup of canned jackfruit, chopped or shredded

? cup of white onion, diced

1 tsp garlic seasoning

2 slices of vegan gouda, torn into small pieces

If you are making the dough(It will need to rise for 2 hours):

2 cups of flour

3/4 cup of warm water

1 packet of yeast

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 425.  Mix the onion, barbecue sauce, jackfruit and garlic powder together and coat the jackfruit and onion completely.  Coat the dough with the baked beans, and top with the jackfruit mixture and bake for 18-20 minutes.  Enjoy with some vegan ranch or on it?s own!  I hope you love it!
