Vegan Beef and Broccoli Flat Bread Recipe

If you clicked on this and you are thinking, UM WHATTTT is a beef and broccoli flatbread, it is exactly what it sounds like! Seasoned and saucy broccoli with Impossible or Beyond beef and some sliced potatoes and topped with vegan cheddar cheese. You can make your own pizza dough from my recipe or you can buy a pre-made dough, whichever is easiest for you. Your friends won’t even know or care that this is vegan beef and broccoli and anyone you share with will be instantly obsessed with you so get ready!

Serves: 3 | Difficulty Level: Easy | Time: 45 minutes

Shopping List:

1 pound of pizza dough, 1 package of Impossible Meat or Beyond Meat, broccoli florets, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, gold potatoes, sliced vegan cheddar cheese

If you are making your own dough you need: Flour, Olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, yeast, sugar, salt


-1 pound of pizza dough

If you want to make your own dough you need:

2 cups of flour

3/4 cup of warm water

1 packet of yeast

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

-1 package of Impossible or Beyond Meat

-2 cups of broccoli florets

-1/2 cup of hoisin sauce

-1/4 cup of sesame oil

-1/3 cup of soy sauce

-2 tsp garlic powder

-2 tsp salt

-3 large gold potatoes, sliced into small pieces

-4 slices of vegan cheddar cheese


If you are making your own pizza dough, find the recipe here:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Then, grease and flour a baking sheet and roll the pizza dough out to your thickness preference. You will also need to chop the potatoes into small pieces.

In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt. Start whisking and keep going for 3-4 minutes so that everything is blended together evenly and smoothly. This sauce is super flavorful and the key to making the fun and unique taste to this flatbread

Crumble the “meat” evenly on top of the dough, and spread the florets and potatoes evenly as well. Top it with the sauce, making sure to cover the whole pie. Finally, rip the vegan cheddar cheese into small pieces (so they sort of look like shredded pieces) and cover the top of the pie.
