A lot of time if I am making a dish and I have left overs, I like to turn it into a pizza or flatbread. One day I was making a curry and I had some extra pizza dough so this easy and fun impossible meat and potato flatbread recipe was born. I can’t wait for you to try it! If you want to make the pizza dough yourself you can do that here:
Serves: 3 | Difficulty Level: Easy | Time: 40 minutes
1 pound of Pizza Dough, Mini gold potatoes, 1 package of impossible or beyond meat, curry powder, hoisin sauce, vegan cream cheese (trader joe’s brand), garlic powder
-1 pound of pre-made pizza dough
-2/3 cup of Trader Joe’s vegan cream cheese
-1 1/2 cups of mini gold potatoes, chopped into small pieces
-1 package of beyond meat or impossible meat
-1/4 cup of hoisin sauce
-2 tsp curry powder
-2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 425.
Flour a baking sheet and roll the pizza dough out on it to the thickness of your preference. Coat the top with hoisin sauce, and then crumble the Impossible meat evenly on top of that. Distribute the potato chunks the same way. Cover the whole thing with curry powder and garlic powder, then spoon the cream cheese in small dollops all over the flatbread. So Easy! And so Much Fun!
Bake for 23 minutes, serve warm and enjoy! If you want to add this faux meat and curry potato flatbread recipe to the top of your list please share it with a friend as well!
