Soyrizo Pizza Recipe with Mango and Sun-dried Tomatoes

Another great way to use my home made pizza dough is with this Soyrizo Pizza Recipe! It is a super fun way to use Soyrizo, and combined with the mango and sun-dried tomatoes, it’s so good. The flavors are fun and original and it is really easy to make. I can’t wait for you to try it!

Serves: 6 | Difficulty Level: Easy | Time: 45 minutes, unless you make the pizza dough then it’s 4 1/2 hours

Shopping List:

Soyrizo, mango, sundried tomatoes in oil, vegan cream cheese, garlic powder, avocado and pizza dough. If you want to use my pizza dough recipe you need Flour, Olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, yeast, sugar, salt


-about 1/2 of a 12 ounce package of soyrizo

-1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes in oil

-3 tbsp of vegan cream cheese

-1 tsp garlic powder

-2/3 cup of diced mangos

-1/2 cup of diced avocado

-1 pound of premade pizza dough or if you are using my recipe you need:

2 cups of flour

3/4 cup of warm water

1 packet of yeast

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil


To make my pizza dough, follow here:

Preheat the oven to 425.

Follow the instructions on the pizza dough package to properly spread the dough out and prepare it to be cooked. Use 2 tbsp of the vegan cream cheese and spread that as the base along the dough. Top with the uncooked soyrizo and sundried tomatoes, then the mango, avocado and garlic powder, then split the remaining cream cheese in small globs along the top. There you go, it’s all assembled and ready to bake!
