Vegan Cheeseburger Garbage Bread Recipe

I saw someone post a cheesy pesto garbage bread on instagram and I immediately wanted in on how insanely good it looked. My pizza dough recipe is already one of my favorite things to make so I used that, impossible meat mixed with vegan cheesy, condiments and french fries and made this vegan cheeseburger garbage bread recipe happen. I hope you enjoy it!

Serves: 8 | Difficulty Level: Easy/Medium | Time: 3 hours

Shopping List:

2 10 ounce packages of Impossible Meat or Beyond Meat, Ketchups, Relish, Vegan mayo, gold potatoes (2-3, enough for 1 1/2 cup chopped), vegan gouda or American cheese slices, olive oil, salt, pepper, sweet onion, garlic powder, Flour, Olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, yeast, sugar, salt

-2 10 ounce packages of Impossible Meat or Beyond Meat

-2/3 cup of ketchup

-1/2 cup of relish

-1/2 cup of vegan mayo

-5 slices of vegan cheese (American or Gouda)

-3/4 cup of diced onion

-2 tsp salt

-1 tsp pepper

-2 tsp garlic powder

-1 1/2 cup of chopped gold potatoes

-1 tbsp 1 tsp olive oil

2 cups of flour

3/4 cup of warm water

1 packet of yeast

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

Make the pizza dough here:

Preheat the oven to 425. On a large baking sheet lay out the potatoes and drizzle them with olive oil and salt and pepper and bake for 25 minutes. These are your fries and they will go in the garbage bread.

In a large frying pan add the impossible meat, onions, ketchup, mayo, salt, pepper, relish and garlic powder and stir, cooking until the meat browns. Then add the cooked potatoes and stir them in. Once the meat is nice and brown, remove it from the heat.

Next, roll the dough out so that it is about 1/2 an inch to 3/4 of an inch thick. Now you will spoon the cheeseburger mixture along half of the dough, then roll it from the bottom so that the mixture is tucked in. Add more of the mixture and roll again. It will look a bit like a cinnamon roll; there will be layers of the dough and the cheeseburger mixture. Seal the dough with your fingers and press it down so it is really stuck together so that it doesn’t fall apart, and then bake for 25 minutes.

Once it is done baking, slice into even pieces and enjoy as a great party option. If you like this vegan cheeseburger garbage bread recipe please save it and share it with a friend! Thank you so much.
