Sometimes, combining two things that are amazing can be funky and weird. Most of the time, it can make something extra amazing though. Think peanut butter and chocolate, Skittles and popcorn, french fries and vegan ranch dressing….all incredible. Topping that list is vegan cheeseburger pizza. I can’t make it that often because it is definitely a treat but oh my god is it one of my favorite things in the world. You can get creative with this as well, use your favorite vegan cheese and whatever condiments you like. I hope you love it so much.
Serves: 4 | Difficulty Level: Easy | Time: 1 hour, unless you make the dough then 4 1/2 hours
Ketchup, Vegan Mayonnaise, Vegan Ranch Dressing, Sweet onion, Relish (optional), Vegan Ground Beef (I like Impossible or Beyond Meat the most), Tomatoes, Russet Potatoes, Salt, Garlic powder, olive oil, Either Pre-made Pizza Dough or if you want to make my recipe you need: Flour, Olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, yeast, sugar, salt
-1 cup of ketchup
-2/3 cup of Vegan Mayoniase
-1/4 cup of Vegan Ranch
-1/2-2/3 of a 1 pound packet of vegan ground beef
-3 russet potatoes, cut into small wedges
-1/2 cup of shopped sweet onion
-1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
-2 tbsp relish
-1 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp salt
-2 tsp olive oil
-1 pound of pre-made pizza dough or:
2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of warm water
1 packet of yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 400 for the fries. Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with the garlic powder, salt and olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. When they are done, set them aside and adjust the heat to 425.
In a medium bowl, mix the vegan ranch dressing, the vegan mayo and the ketchup until it is all blended together. This is your base sauce. If you want to make a little extra and save it to dip the pizza in, I fully support it.
Roll out the pizza dough with a rolling pin or a smooth bottle until it is 1/4 inch thick. Top with the sauce, and spread it out so it covers all of the dough except the edge. Add the Vegan Beef, the fries, the relish, the tomatoes, the onion, and a vegan cheese if you would like. Spread all the ingredients so they are evenly spread.
