Vegan Impossible Meat and Potato curry flatbread Recipe

Serves: 3 | Difficulty Level: Easy | Time: 40 minutes

Shopping List:

1 pound of Pizza Dough, Mini gold potatoes, 1 package of impossible or beyond meat, curry powder, hoisin sauce, vegan cream cheese (trader joe’s brand), garlic powder

Ingredients/Measurements:

-1 pound of pre-made pizza dough

-1 1/2 cups of mini gold potatoes, chopped into small pieces

-1 package of beyond meat or impossible meat

-1/4 cup of hoisin sauce

-2/3 cup of Trader Joe’s vegan cream cheese

-2 tsp curry powder

-2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425.

Flour a baking sheet and roll the pizza dough out on it to the thickness of your preference. Coat the top with hoisin sauce, and then crumble the Impossible evenly on top of that. Distribute the potato chunks the same way. Cover the whole thing with curry powder and garlic powder, then spoon the cream cheese in small dollops all over the flatbread.

Bake for 23 minutes, serve warm and enjoy!
