Do you like the smashed potato style? It is one of my favorite ways to make potatoes when I am trying to switch it up from the norm. The air fryer adds a nice crispiness to them, so they have a fun french fry vibe which is always good. They take a little bit of extra time as they have to be boiled before they are fried, but it’s not a lot of effort you just have to make sure that they don’t over cook. Here is a link to another smashed potato recipe of mine with a creamy dill sauce that I absolutely love.
Here is another creative recipe for french fries that I make in the air fryer; this recipe is adapted from the Bob’s Burgers Burger Book cookbook to be veganized and you can also learn my secret to making fries “bacon” fries! If you like it please share with a friend.
